School Facilities

Our programs offer the challenge of a stimulating and rewarding career. Paul Mitchell The School East Bay is fully equipped to meet all the demands of modern hair care, while at the same time providing a high-tech atmosphere and attitude for progressive personal development. The 11,000 square-foot facility includes a client reception and work areas, management offices, private classrooms, workstations, and equipment.

Paul Mitchell The School East Bay provides handicap parking immediately in front of the school, wheelchair access through its main entrance double doors. We have two floors, so we have an elevator for handicap and wheelchair access, along with a private handicap bathroom and public women’s and men’s bathroom, both equipped for handicap access. All learning areas, classrooms and clinic floor classroom are handicap accessible.

Our facility does not have a breakroom for students. We also do not have microwaves or refrigerators for our students. Therefore we recommend that students bring their lunch in a way that they can eat outside in the shopping center area, in their vehicle or eat at any nearby restaurant. Students are not allowed to eat inside the school facility.

Students must abide by local (city and/or landlord) parking rules, which are announced during orientation. Paul Mitchell The School East Bay will not be responsible for parking violations and/or towing fees.

Unapproved Persons on Campus

Unapproved persons are not allowed on the campus. Future Professionals may not bring unapproved persons to school. Our facility may not be used as a drop off station, child care or waiting area. Having unapproved persons on campus creates a distraction to other students and all those around them. If we feel a person is a distraction or liability we may ask them to leave the campus.
